Having your system repaired? The "ACR2000i Swap" program allows your ACR2000i unit to be serviced and / or upgraded while Onconcepts' provides an ACR2000i unit temporarily. Shipping the swap unit to your site is simple and easy, and the connections required are minimal. Upon receipt of the Onconcepts unit, simply "SWAP" the units and return your system to the Onconcepts' Depot Repair Facility for service. Swap units are available for overnight shipping if necessary. Subsequent shipments may use standard shipping. The cost is $2500 (includes use of system during repair period and shipping of units). Time and parts required to repair customer's unit separate. (Rates based on No Current Service Contract through Onconcepts)
